The Challenge: Survey equipment for its nationalization.​

 

Often, once the warranty of a machine expires, the customer finds himself with several difficulties in obtaining spare parts and even keeping the machine operating. Either due to obsolescence or end of lifespan, companies may find it difficult to maintain their activity due to maintenance problems.

 

The purpose of this Survey was to map the entire set of hydraulic components of two drilling rigs, used to collect soil samples. ​

 

After mapping and tagging the hoses, a survey with original and alternative components was carried out, so that the probes could have their lifespan extended, and even the possibility of renovation and retrofit, saving on the purchase of a new machine.
