Manx focuses on piping installation services for hydraulic oil systems, starting from the B.O.M. (Bill of Materials), through fabrication, installation, Flushing and Pressure Test, up to commissioning and F.A.T. with the client. We also carry out maintenance of hydraulic systems and actuators, relying on several strategic partners and bringing agility and reliability to your installations.
Our experience with equipment for cold forming tube-ends, progressive and cold formed rings, bends and other processes without the need of hot work permits, allows our execution to be cleaner and safer, using equipment such as the renowned Ermeto Original, KarryKrimp, Karrymat, EO2, EO-Form, Parflange and other products and machines from Parker Hannifin company.
Our expertise in systems and solutions for unconventional and aggressive environments - also called harsh and hostile environments - ranges from hydraulic units and pipes for a ship's rudder, through assembly and manufacture of Offshore cranes, going to infrastructure projects of water Locks and Dams, in addition to of special projects and planning services in ship docks.

Clean, fast, safe:
Systems without welding on flanges and connections, already well established in the O&G, Maritime, Mining and Mobil markets, have been increasing their share in industrial and agribusiness areas, which increasingly demand installations with high standards of safety and reliability. These are the ISO 8434-1 to 3 systems, from EO-Form and Parflange, from the global player Parker Hannifin.
Non welding pipes are cleaner, requiring less space for its execution and without the use of chemicals harmful to the environment in which they are being prepared. The assembly is done with safe tooling and without the need to use specific items.
The speed in delivery of solderless systems translates into agility, as it cuts processes and avoids the use of tools or items specific to the welding process, in addition to being safer in its installation and less prone to rework.
